Well, I found the next expensive toy I want. Behold, I give you the new MacBook Air (the 13-inch one with the big hard drive).
Isn't it pretty?
Oh so, pretty...
And thin. So very, very, very thin.
My only concern is that it may be too slim and sleek, i.e.: How careful do I have to be with it? Does it have the cojones to stand up to my giant paws? We'll see.
.
Now I just have to squirrel the Benjamins over the next month or so in keeping with my new policy of only buying things I can actually afford.

that is a very pretty toy... I want one too!
I despise being responsible like that, but it sure does make a difference. This responsible approach sadly explains why I don't yet own an Ipad. Oh well.
ooh, shiny toys. i just got a new shiny toy, so i won't be upgrading anytime soon. but that machine is quite nice indeed...
Titania - Yes, it's my Precious...
Jim Bob - It's easier to be responsible when it'll only take a couple of months to store up the coin.
magnolia - I guess toys are what define the ladies as well...
It is pretty, and it totally makes me drool as well. But I got a new Macbook last year and so I am far from needing a new computer. The responsible approach isn't as much in the moment fun, but not taking it would stress me the hell out.
Very nice! I can think of a million different gadgets and stuff that I want but cost $$$. Christmas and my birthday seem so far away...
ooooh i've been eyeing a macbook myself (although i'll stick with the non-air version, most likely - i'm still trying to convince myself to throw the extra $$ at apple over PC, so upgrading to the air makes the $$ difference a bit too sticker-shocky...)
